Fitness and athletics have always been part of Stephanie’s life. She was a D1 rower in college and started indoor cycling as a way to cross train during breaks. What she loves about indoor cycling is how limitless it is; you can always turn up the resistance, push harder, pedal faster, get stronger. As an instructor, Stephanie wants her riders to leave the studio with a sense of accomplishment and strength. She hopes her killer playlists and intense, yet fun, rides will remind her riders that fitness can definitely be enjoyable.
